What if the service goes downhill in month seven?
Then you would be outside the refund window, which is a fair thing to worry about before handing over a year. Two honest answers: we run our own panel and our own servers rather than reselling capacity bought from somebody else, so there is no upstream that can vanish and take you with it; and you can buy a shorter plan first to watch how we behave.
Can I pause a yearly plan while I travel?
Yes, within reason. Support freezes the line and the remaining days are still there when you come back. It is done by hand rather than by a button, so give it a few hours instead of asking from the departure gate.
What happens if a channel I watch disappears?
Broadcasters move and rename feeds constantly. Tell support which channel and they will point you at the replacement or add it. That is routine maintenance rather than a fault, and it is why the support line matters more than the headline channel count.
Can two households share one Premium login?
